FREE Event: Ticket Required

Be sure to reserve a FREE ticket on Eventbrite for each member of your party

We are excited to invite you to "The Veteran Family Meet and Mingle," inspired by Eaglets Making Impact Club. This is a free event dedicated to bringing our veteran families together for fellowship and fun. Join us on April 19th, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at the Chapin Elementary School recess field for an evening of camaraderie and community spirit.

April is the Month of the Military Child, a month dedicated by the Defense Department to celebrate our military-connected children. According to the Military Child Education Coalition, “The life of a military kid is a blend of unique adventures and challenges. It’s important to keep in mind that they serve our country too, as part of a military family… not just in April, but all year long.” These challenges continue for the children when their parent becomes a veteran.

This event is a wonderful opportunity to lift up the families that have served alongside their veteran loved ones. Come connect and build friendships in a welcoming and supportive environment. Whether you're a veteran yourself, or a family member to a veteran, this event is for you!

Activities for the evening include:

*Meet and Greet: Connect with fellow veterans and families to forge new friendships.
*Family-Friendly Fun: Enjoy games, activities, and entertainment for all ages.
*Community Resources: Learn about local services and resources available to veterans and their families.
*Food and Refreshments: Indulge in refreshing drinks and delicious food hot off the grill.

We look forward to seeing you at The Veteran Family Meet and Mingle on April 19th behind Chapin Elementary School. Together, let's be a community that shows our veterans and their families the love and appreciation they deserve!
