Teresa Randolph
Co-Founder and Board President
Teresa Randolph is a National Board Certified, fifteen-year District Five veteran elementary school educator. Her work with Team Landolph allows her to live her passion of connecting and empowering students, teachers, and community members to come together in order to create real positive change. She enjoys writing, creating art, gardening, exercising, and being outside with her family.

Margaret La Force
Treasurer
Margaret is a retired Lexington Richland Five teacher and administrator. Margaret teaches graduate classes at Grand Canyon University, tutors young students in reading and math, and occasionally serves as long term substitute within the district. In her spare time, she loves to travel to see her grandchildren. Margaret is honored to serve on the Team Landolph board because she believes in presenting engaging opportunities to help students learn and grow.

Amanda Romer
Board Member
Amanda Romer is a nationally certified school psychologist that works within public school districts of the greater midlands area. Part of her daily work is to assist children in building skills of leadership, confidence, inclusivity and teamwork. She's excited to work with Team Landolph as their mission encompasses these skills and empowers children with knowledge and skills to make a difference in their local community. In Amanda's spare time she enjoys traveling with her husband and two sons or playing soccer in a local women's league.
