Chapin Elementary and Chapin Intermediate students teamed up to install bird boxes across the campuses of Chapin Elementary and Chapin Intermediate schools. Thanks to the expert environmental leadership of Jay Keck with SC Wildlife Federation, students from the CES Eaglet’s Making Impact Team and the CIS Garden Club learned about the birds they will be supporting, correct installation, and future bird-box care. The students are excited to monitor these habitats for even more hands-on learning opportunities!
